LYMPHOMA

• MC tumor in patients > 60 yo

• Homogeneous and may be multifocal, bilateral, hypervascular

• Seminoma has similar appearance but is generally seen in younger men (30s)

• Mixed germ cell tumros are more heterogeneous and have a peak incidence in men in their twenties. 

• Sertoli cell tumors are more common in childhood and may be calcified
