  • Breast carcinoma w axillary spread, reactive LAD, mets/lymphoma, systemic dz, granulomatous dz

• Bilateral Axillary LN DDX

  • CLL, HIV, granulomatous dz (sarcoid, TB), collagen vascular dz (RA, SLE), metastatic dz (breast/nonbreast CA), reactive

• Work up

  • Lymphadenopathy on mammo -> US -> bx -> hematologic wu

Unilateral axillary adenopathy

• CA till proven otherwise.

Bilateral axillary adenopathy

• More likely due to systemic diseases; CLL is MCC of bilateral axillary LAD seen on screening. autoimmune / collagen vasculare disease/ acute HIV, COVID vaccination.

MAMMOGRAPHIALLY OCCULT CA
